Replacement Policy

At Muggby, we create unique and personalized products just for you. As such, returns and exchanges are not possible. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer a free replacement in the following cases:

  • Product damaged upon receipt
  • Non-delivery of the product
  • Product not as described on our website
  • You have 30 days after receiving your order to report any issues.

Replacement Claim Process

For any claim, please contact us via email: contact@muggby.com. For damaged products, include photos of the product and the damaged package. In the case of non-delivery, provide us with your tracking number.

Replacement Conditions

The replacement of products will be carried out without the need to return the original product.

Responsibility in Case of Lost Parcels

If a package is lost or not delivered (according to the tracking), we will ship a new product quickly as soon as you have received a response from the carrier. We are not responsible if the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered while you have not received it. It is possible that the package will be delivered the next day, left with a neighbor, or at a relay point.
